Question Title iPray athan alerts are not working on iOS 5
If you have upgraded to iOS 5 and alerts for Athan/Adhan are not working, please kindly do the following:

Launch the iPhone Settings app. Goto 'Notifications' and then 'iPray'. There ensure 'Sound' and 'Badge App Icon' alerts are switched ON

Re-launch iPray and ensure alerts are ON for specific prayers and you should now begin to receive alerts.
